6. Warranty Policy: All items are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, valid for replacement only in cases of DOA (Dead on Arrival), and must match the original part number. Certain storage devices may include an extended 90-day warranty—confirmation prior to purchase is recommended. 7. Drivers & Installation Media: Products are sold in bulk format and generally do not include installation media or drivers. If required, please confirm availability before placing your order.

8. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on lighter items such as memory modules and hard drives (under 5 lbs).
