The R-Go HE Mouse Break is an ergonomic vertical mouse that ensures a natural, relaxed position of your arm and hand and uses colour signals to indicate whether you are taking enough breaks.

The LED colour signals indicate whether you are working in a healthy way; in other words, whether you are taking enough breaks. Green means 'good', orange means you should take a break, and red means you skipped a break or have exceeded your total daily mouse time. Using the so-called 'traffic light colours', you receive feedback about your healthy (break) behaviour in a simple and positive way. The mouse will encourage you to take breaks on a regular basis. These vital interruptions help prevent overburdened muscles and tendons in the arm and hand, stimulate blood flow in the body, and help you (often unconsciously) change your behaviour in a simple way.

1. Non-Returnable Products: Once an order has been processed, items that are not classified as 3D memory products are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.

2. Restocking Charges: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to eligible returns. The exact percentage depends on the product category.

3. Product Condition: All products are supplied in refurbished condition by default, unless explicitly stated as brand new retail stock prior to purchase.

Items received may carry either designation and will be considered equivalent and fully compatible. For clarification, please contact our sales team.

6. Warranty Policy: All items are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, valid for replacement only in cases of DOA (Dead on Arrival), and must match the original part number. Certain storage devices may include an extended 90-day warranty—confirmation prior to purchase is recommended. Additional warranty options, including manufacturer or extended warranties, may be available upon request.

7. Drivers & Installation Media: Products are sold in bulk format and generally do not include installation media or drivers. If required, please confirm availability before placing your order.

8. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on lighter items such as memory modules and hard drives (under 5 lbs). Heavier equipment, including servers, racks, or motherboards, may incur additional shipping costs. We recommend confirming shipping fees prior to order completion. In cases of discrepancies, our team will contact you to revise the charges accordingly.
