6. Warranty Policy: All items are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, valid for replacement only in cases of DOA (Dead on Arrival), and must match the original part number. 7. Drivers & Installation Media: Products are sold in bulk format and generally do not include installation media or drivers. If required, please confirm availability before placing your order.

8. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on lighter items such as memory modules and hard drives (under 5 lbs). Heavier equipment, including servers, racks, or motherboards, may incur additional shipping costs. We recommend confirming shipping fees prior to order completion. In cases of discrepancies, our team will contact you to revise the charges accordingly.
